Building Better Businesses through People, Innovation and Strategy

The 2026 Tractor and Machinery Association of Australia Annual Conference brought together more than 170 agricultural machinery industry representatives in Sydney under the theme Building Better Businesses Through People, Innovation and Strategy.

The program explored the key issues shaping the sector, including leadership, workforce development, customer relationships, economic conditions, technology adoption, business processes and right to repair. Speakers from agriculture, business, research and industry provided practical insights into building stronger and more adaptable organisations, while the annual state of the industry report and dealer panel offered valuable perspectives on current machinery market conditions and the future challenges facing Australian dealerships and manufacturers.
