For some time now the Board of the TMA has been considering ways to assist dealers with the important task of retaining staff. As a result, the Salary Benchmarking Survey has been developed in conjunction with Rimfire Resources and dealers are now invited to participate. This survey provides an opportunity to collect intelligence on a range of roles within the dealership which can be benchmarked against peers.
